At Bianca’s Touch, your satisfaction with our timeless, non-tarnish jewelry is our top priority. Every piece is carefully crafted and inspected for elegance, durability, and quality before shipping.
Returns Eligibility (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for most items under these conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags/labels attached, and in the original packaging (including gift boxes/pouches).
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (cooling-off period aligned with South African e-commerce standards under the ECT Act).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless defective (see below).
- No restocking fee will be charged on any eligible returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons:
- Earrings (pierced or clip-on—for hygiene reasons).
- Personalized, custom-engraved, or made-to-order items.
- Worn, damaged, altered, or washed items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" (e.g., specific promotional, clearance, or limited-edition pieces designated as such at the time of purchase). These are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of defect, damage, or incorrect fulfillment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@biancastouch.com with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage.
- We’ll arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
- For faulty items, our policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act—replacements or refunds are provided where applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary based on your bank/payment provider).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns (but fully refunded if the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect).
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges primarily for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (subject to availability).
- For change-of-mind exchanges, contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate if the desired item is in stock (you may be responsible for return shipping costs).
Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns: You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier for safe delivery.
- For faulty/damaged/incorrect items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
