1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons, special promotions, or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (Domestic – South Africa)

  • We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery times (business days):
    • Major cities (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban): 2–4 days
    • Outlying/rural areas: 3–8 days
  • These are estimates only — actual times may vary due to courier operations, location, or external factors. Our delivery time is between 1-8 days

3. Shipping Fees

  • Fees are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination.
  • Free domestic shipping applies to orders over R383.99 (South Africa only). 
  • This promotion does not extend to international orders.
  • Bianca’s Touch reserves the right to update shipping fees as needed.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Please monitor your tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • Delays in collection may result in additional fees from the courier.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping details at checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays, losses, extra fees, or non-delivery caused by errors in the address.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to you.

6. Delays & Liability

  • We strive for timely delivery, but Bianca’s Touch is not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, weather, strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen events).
  • Delivery times are estimates — we appreciate your patience during any disruptions.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 Days of delivery at info@biancastouch.com with clear photos of the packaging and item(s).
  • Lost or significantly delayed: Reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date with proof (e.g., tracking screenshots).
  • We’ll file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution (resolution depends on carrier terms and limited insurance).
  • Refunds for undeliverable packages (e.g., unpaid duties internationally) exclude original shipping costs.

8. International Shipping

  • We’re excited to share our timeless pieces worldwide with the same care and elegance.
  • Processing & Shipping Times: Orders ship within 2–5 business days: estimated delivery by region: Africa 5-10 days, Europe/UK 10-15 days, USA/Canada 10-20 days, Other regions 12-28 days (estimates only; subject to customs, carrier delays, etc.).
  • Carriers: We partner with reliable services like DHL Express for tracked international delivery.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout (standard flat rate starts around R1299 — exact amount shown before payment).
  • Tracking provided via email once shipped.

9. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (International Customers)

  • Shipments are sent on Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or Delivered at Place (DAP) terms.
  • Bianca’s Touch covers transport to your country only.
  • You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your local authorities.
  • These are not included in product prices or shipping rates and vary by country/value.
  • Use online duty calculators to estimate fees before ordering.
  • We cannot refund or reimburse these charges.
  • If fees are unpaid, packages may be held, returned, or abandoned — associated costs (e.g., return shipping) are your responsibility.
  • We include HS codes (e.g., 7113 for jewelry) and country of origin (South Africa) on declarations to help with clearance.

10. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to countries under sanctions (per South African and international laws).
  • Verify your country’s import rules for jewelry — some may require special declarations for high-value items.
  • Orders over R50,000 (~$2,800 USD) may need extra SA export documentation.
