Your use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, and any other posted policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, materials (e.g., 304 stainless steel, gold/silver plating, non-tarnish/waterproof features), and details are accurate. However, slight variations in color, size, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or manufacturing tolerances. All products are sold as described—no implied warranties beyond what is stated.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, or discounts without notice. Promotional offers (e.g., free domestic shipping applies automatically on orders over R799 (South Africa only). Promotional codes (e.g GLOW226) may be available for additional offers from time to time.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only upon full payment receipt and our acceptance. We accept secure payment methods available at checkout (e.g., EFT, credit/debit cards via approved processors). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or error (e.g., pricing mistakes). For pre-shipment cancellations, refer to our Order Cancellation Policy (full refund if approved before dispatch).
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/SA public holidays) and shipped as detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only—we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost/delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses (re-shipping costs apply). For damaged, lost, or missing packages, follow the process in our Shipping Policy (contact within specified timeframes).
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our returns are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy:
- Change-of-mind returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (unused, original packaging).
- Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind; we cover or reimburse for faulty/damaged/incorrect items.
- Hygiene items (e.g., earrings), personalized/custom items, final sale items, and worn/altered pieces are non-returnable except if defective.
- Refunds processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection (no restocking fee).
- Damaged/defective items must be reported within 7 days with photos.
7. Product Care & Disclaimer
Our jewelry is designed for durability and non-tarnish performance where stated, but proper care is required (avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, excessive moisture unless specified waterproof). We are not responsible for damage from misuse, negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow care guidelines.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on biancastouch.com—including logos, designs, product images, text, branding, and materials—is the exclusive property of Bianca’s Touch or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bianca’s Touch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, products, or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We provide no warranties beyond those expressly stated.
