This policy applies to cancellations requested before your order is dispatched (i.e., during the 1–3 business day processing window outlined in our Shipping Policy).
Cancellation Eligibility
- You may request to cancel your order at any time before it ships.
- Cancellations are most straightforward within the first 24–48 hours after placing your order (before processing begins).
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched (tracking number issued via email/SMS), cancellation is no longer possible. At that point, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for post-delivery options (14-day change-of-mind returns or faulty item handling).
How to Request a Cancellation
- Email us immediately at info@biancastouch.com with:
- Your order number.
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful).
- Full name and email used for the purchase.
- We’ll confirm receipt and process your request as quickly as possible (usually within 1 business day).
- If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Full refund (including any shipping fees paid) will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary based on your bank or payment provider), starting once cancellation is confirmed.
- No restocking fees or cancellation penalties apply.
When Cancellations May Not Be Possible
- If your order has already been processed and dispatched (e.g., packaged and handed to our courier partners), we cannot cancel it. You’ll need to wait for delivery and follow our Returns & Refund Policy (e.g., initiate a return within 14 days for change-of-mind).
- For personalized, custom-engraved, or made-to-order items (if applicable), cancellations may be limited once production begins—check product details at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse cancellations in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., frequent cancellations).

- We process orders quickly (within 1–3 business days as per our Shipping Policy) to ensure fast delivery of your elegant, non-tarnish jewelry—so act promptly if you need to cancel!
- If we’re unable to fulfill your order (e.g., out of stock or unforeseen issues), we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund—no action required from you.
